1. Is the Payment safe at your Shop?

Yes absolutely we use an SSL Encryption Certificate. More specifically, SSL is a security protocol. SSL allows sensitive information such as credit card numbers  and login credentials to be transmitted securely.

Your Credit Card Informations are 100% safe and encrypted.

 

2. What are the shipping times?

Generally around 8 to 15 business days, but for print on demand products around 6 to 10 days.

3. Only part of my order showed up. Where is the rest of my order?

Your order may come from different suppliers, therefore it may arrive at different times and have different tracking numbers.

We focus on providing fast and high quality responses this way, so you’re always talking to a human that can help first-hand.

 4. What else do I need to know about shipping? 

By placing an order, you are responsible for original shipping charges (unless it is free shipping), all applicable custom and duty import fees.

 Estimated time of delivery for metropolitan areas is usually faster than to rural or remote areas. Please note that delays to estimated shipping times may occur during peak holiday season.

 Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you email updates about its progress so you know when to expect it. If you live in a remote area, your parcel may be forwarded to a local courier service. This will appear on your tracking as a delivery event.

 

5. My T-Shirt is the wrong size – can I exchange it? 

Yes, we’ll send you a replacement.
